Phone introduction and live chat policy
By ordering live chat, video or phone introduction services you agree to the following conditions.
General Provisions
- You provide for payment for the service upfront and if there are more live chat or phone services utilized without prior payment, you guarantee paying for the used services after they are utilized.
- Our interpreters are responsible for accurate translations of the content of the conversation between you and the lady and they are not allowed to provide you with any confidential or contact information of the lady (email, personal telephone number or address etc).
- Only the lady herself can give you her personal contacts when she considers its appropriate time and amount of knowing you already, fully at her discretion.
- If the lady speaks English and can communicate with you directly, the conversation is still paid at the given rate.
- If you are Advanced Member of our site, you can use credits with us remaining from other services for live chat or phone services.
- If the live chat or phone conversation does not take place by lady’s rejection to talk to you it is refunded to you completely.
- If you fail to call or appear online for live chat at the pre-arrange time, the lady has showed up in our office and has waited for you up to 20 minutes, and you did not appear for no obvious reason, the cost of the service is not refunded.
- If the reserved call or live chat does not go through due to technical problems, you can reschedule it onetime pre-arranging it with the lady.
- If the lady cannot come to the office for personal or emergency reasons, we will reschedule the service for another date and time convenient for yourself.
